Version Date: October 26, 2026
Welcome to the 100X CFD Trading Service.
This 100X CFD Trading Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to your activation and use of the CFD trading services provided by the 100X platform (the “Platform”).
This Agreement, together with the 100X User Service Agreement, the 100X Privacy Policy, the CFD trading rules, fee disclosures, and applicable risk disclosures, governs your use of the Service.
By selecting “I have read and agree,” clicking “Continue,” “Activate,” or another confirmation button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not activate or use the Service.
CFD trading uses margin and leverage and may result in the loss of some or all of your trading funds. Please pay particular attention to the provisions concerning order execution, trading fees, forced liquidation, risk disclosure, and limitation of liability.
Article 1 Service Description
CFD stands for Contract for Difference. It allows users to trade price movements in an underlying asset without purchasing, holding, or taking delivery of that asset.
The CFD instrument currently available on 100X is XAUUSD, gold quoted in US dollars. Any additional instruments will be subject to the Platform’s actual offerings.
Users may open long or short positions based on their trading decisions. Profit and loss are calculated using actual execution prices, trading direction, executed lot size, and contract size.
The Service provides self-directed order placement, order management, position management, trading records, and related risk-management functions, subject to the features available on the product page.
Self-directed CFD trading and Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading are separate services. Trading gold through the self-directed CFD Service does not automatically qualify users for copy trading principal protection, loss compensation, or position takeover protection. Any separately offered protection will be governed by the specific rules expressly applicable to the user.
Article 2 User Eligibility
To activate and continue using the Service, users must:
Have full legal capacity under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction;
Complete the identity verification, security verification, and suitability assessments required by the Platform;
Not fall within a country, region, or category of persons to which the Platform prohibits or restricts access;
Use lawfully held funds that they have the authority to dispose of;
Understand the risks associated with CFDs, leverage, margin, order execution, and forced liquidation; and
Comply with applicable laws, this Agreement, and the Platform Rules.
The Platform may restrict account opening, request additional information, or suspend or terminate relevant services to meet legal, compliance, or risk-management requirements.
Article 3 Account Activation and Trading Authorization
Following confirmation of activation, the Platform will provide a CFD trading account or the relevant trading permissions in accordance with applicable rules.
Valid trading instructions submitted through a user’s account constitute authorization for the Platform to execute those instructions.
Before submitting an order, users must check the instrument, direction, lot size, order type, price, and take-profit and stop-loss settings.
Executed orders generally cannot be cancelled. Whether an unfilled order can be amended or cancelled depends on its status and the functions available on the page.
Within the scope of the user’s authorization and this Agreement, the Platform may execute orders, deduct fees, reserve or release margin, and implement necessary risk-management measures.
Users must safeguard their account credentials and verification information. Suspected unauthorized activity should be reported promptly for investigation. Responsibility will be determined according to the facts and applicable law.
Article 4 Account Assets and Settlement
The CFD account uses USDT for deposits and profit-and-loss settlement.
Where account amounts are displayed in USDx, USDx is an accounting display unit used by the trading system. Conversion, transfer-in, and transfer-out arrangements are subject to the account disclosures. USDx does not represent a US-dollar bank deposit held by the user.
XAUUSD is quoted in US dollars. The quotation currency and the displayed account asset may therefore have different names.
User funds may be used as margin, to settle trading losses, and to pay applicable fees.
Account Balance, Account Equity, and the amount available for transfer have different meanings. Funds reserved for positions, pending orders, or unsettled fees may temporarily be unavailable for transfer.
Before transferring funds out, users must ensure that the account will continue to satisfy applicable margin and risk requirements.
USDT is subject to risks involving price deviations, its issuer, blockchain networks, and liquidity. Users should understand these risks.
Article 5 Contract Specifications
Trading quantities are measured in lots. The contract size of one standard lot of XAUUSD is 100 ounces of gold.
Minimum lot size, maximum lot size, lot-size increments, minimum price increments, position limits, and trading sessions are specified on the relevant contract page.
Order quantities must comply with the contract specifications. The Platform may reject orders that do not satisfy those specifications or applicable risk limits.
Position exposure is calculated as follows:
Position Exposure = Reference Price × Lot Size × Contract Size
This formula explains the calculation method. The reference price used for actual margin and risk calculations is determined by the applicable product rules.
When contract specifications change, the Platform will disclose the effective time, scope, and impact on existing orders or positions. Emergency risk measures will be handled under the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
Article 6 Quotes, Spreads, and Liquidity
Buy orders are generally executed at the Ask price, and sell orders are generally executed at the Bid price.
The difference between the Bid and Ask prices is the spread. Spreads may change with market volatility, liquidity, trading sessions, and significant events.
Chart prices, mid-prices, and reference quotes are not necessarily executable prices.
Indicative liquidity displayed on the page does not guarantee execution at a particular price or quantity.
Market movements, price gaps, insufficient liquidity, or processing delays may cause slippage, partial execution, delayed execution, or order failure.
Execution prices, quantities, and times are determined by verified actual trading records.
Article 7 Order Types and Execution
Supported order types and functions are subject to the trading page.
Market orders execute at the price available when processed. The price displayed when the order is submitted is not guaranteed to be the final execution price.
Once a conditional order’s trigger conditions are met, it enters the execution process applicable to that order type. Triggering does not mean that execution has occurred.
Take-profit and stop-loss functions assist with risk management. They do not guarantee execution at a specified price or limit losses to an expected amount.
Orders may not execute during market closures, quote interruptions, or insufficient liquidity. When trading resumes, orders may be processed at the next available executable price.
If an order’s status is unclear, users should check their order records before submitting another order and may contact official customer support for assistance.
The Platform will not arbitrarily cancel a valid execution solely because it is favorable or unfavorable to the user or the Platform.
Article 8 Leverage and Margin
CFD trading uses leverage and margin, allowing users to establish positions with exposure greater than the margin committed.
Leverage magnifies both profits and losses. A lower opening margin requirement does not mean lower trading risk.
Different exposure tiers may have different margin rates. Actual leverage and margin requirements are subject to the product page and system calculations.
The basic margin calculation is:
Required Margin = Position Exposure × Applicable Margin Rate
Under a tiered margin system, margin may need to be calculated separately for each exposure tier and then added together. The lowest margin rate should not be applied to the entire position without reference to the applicable rules.
The Platform may adjust leverage, margin requirements, or position limits around major economic announcements, market openings and closures, holidays, or abnormal volatility.
The Platform will reasonably disclose the adjustments and their scope. In an emergency, it may implement necessary measures first and provide an explanation promptly afterward.
Article 9 Account Risk Indicators
Account Balance: Funds credited to the account and settled trading results.
Account Equity: The account value calculated by combining Account Balance, unrealized profit and loss, accrued fees, and other applicable items.
Used Margin: Margin reserved for current positions under the applicable rules.
Free Margin: The amount remaining after deducting Used Margin and other applicable reservations from Account Equity.
Margin Level is calculated as follows:
Margin Level = Account Equity ÷ Used Margin × 100%
Users should continuously monitor Account Equity, Free Margin, and Margin Level rather than relying solely on Account Balance to assess risk.
Display methods, calculation precision, and the treatment of individual items are governed by the account rules and statements.
Article 10 Forced Liquidation
When Margin Level reaches or falls below 50%, the system will trigger a Margin Close Out, also referred to as forced liquidation.
Where an account holds multiple positions, the system will first close the position with the greatest loss and recalculate Margin Level after each closure.
If the risk remains, the system may continue closing positions until Margin Level rises above the required threshold or all positions have been closed.
Forced liquidation executes at the market price available at the relevant time. Execution at the price prevailing when the threshold was reached is not guaranteed.
Market gaps, insufficient liquidity, or trading interruptions may prevent immediate execution at the liquidation threshold.
Users must not rely on risk notifications as their sole means of managing margin. The absence of a notification does not mean that the account is free of risk.
Forced liquidation in self-directed CFD trading is governed by this Agreement and the CFD rules. Gold Copy Trading protection mechanisms do not automatically apply.
Article 11 Trading Fees
CFD trading may involve spreads, trading fees or commissions, Swap fees, and other applicable charges disclosed in advance.
Pricing models, rates, calculation bases, and deduction times must be available on the relevant fee page before a user places an order.
Where fees are charged by lot size, the basic formula is:
Trading Fee = Executed Lot Size × Applicable Fee per Lot
Whether opening and closing transactions are charged separately, and whether a minimum fee applies, must be specified in the fee rules.
“Zero commission” does not mean that trading is cost-free. Costs may be included in the spread.
When fee standards change, the Platform will disclose the effective time and scope. It will not retroactively increase fees on completed trades.
Users bear self-directed trading profits and losses and applicable fees under the rules. Where the Platform is legally responsible or a specific compensation arrangement applies, the matter will be handled under applicable law and the relevant agreement.
Article 12 Swap Fees
Positions held beyond the applicable settlement time may incur Swap or overnight fees.
Long and short positions may have different Swap rates, which may change with market financing conditions.
A negative Swap generally results in a deduction, while a positive Swap may result in a credit, subject to the contract rules.
Where gold Swap is calculated in points, the basic formula is:
Swap = Lot Size × Contract Size × Smallest Quotation Unit × Swap Rate × Chargeable Days
The smallest quotation unit and Tick Size should not be assumed to be identical without verification. Actual calculation parameters are specified in the contract specifications.
Certain settlement days may apply a three-day or other multi-day Swap to account for weekends or holidays.
Settlement times, server time zones, multi-day charging dates, and current rates are specified on the contract page.
Market closure does not mean that Swap is waived. Accrued fees may affect Account Equity and liquidation risk.
Article 13 Trading Hours and Market Closures
XAUUSD follows the relevant market sessions and is not available continuously, 24 hours a day throughout the year.
Daily trading breaks, weekends, market holidays, and server maintenance may affect order placement and position closure.
Daylight saving time changes may alter trading hours in a user’s local time zone.
Certain orders may remain pending during closures. Their validity and treatment are governed by the applicable order rules.
Price gaps and wider spreads may occur when markets reopen, creating additional risk for existing positions.
Actual opening and closing times are specified on the product page and in official notices.
Article 14 Position Management and Fund Transfers
Users may manage positions, set take-profit and stop-loss instructions, and submit closing orders through the available functions.
Transfers must not cause the account to fall below applicable funding or risk requirements. The system may reject transfer requests that do not satisfy those requirements.
Setting take-profit or stop-loss instructions does not immediately release reserved funds. Funds are released according to actual execution and settlement.
Before discontinuing the Service or closing an account, users must address existing positions, pending orders, and unsettled fees.
If the Platform plans to suspend or discontinue a product, it will reasonably explain how existing positions and funds will be handled, except where emergency action is required.
Article 15 Erroneous Quotes and Trading Disputes
Users who identify a possible error in quotes, executions, fees, or account records should promptly contact official customer support and provide relevant order information and an explanation.
The Platform will investigate using pricing sources, order logs, execution records, and fee rules.
Where a manifest pricing error, duplicate credit, or system calculation error can be substantiated, the Platform may make necessary corrections in accordance with law and explain the basis to affected users.
Corrections must be limited to restoring reasonable and accurate account records. The Platform must not arbitrarily cancel valid trades by relying on a general assertion of “system error.”
Users who disagree with the outcome may pursue the applicable complaint and dispute-resolution channels.
Article 16 User Conduct
Users must not:
Trade with unlawfully sourced funds;
Lend, rent, or sell accounts;
Use stolen identities, false information, or another person’s account to evade restrictions;
Engage in money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or other unlawful conduct;
Attack, interfere with, or access Platform systems without authorization;
Improperly profit from known system vulnerabilities, manifest pricing errors, or duplicate credits;
Circumvent position limits, trading eligibility requirements, or risk restrictions; or
Engage in other conduct that violates applicable laws or valid Platform Rules.
When imposing restrictions, the Platform will act reasonably based on the facts, risks, and legal requirements and provide an applicable appeal channel.
Article 17 Platform Risk-Management Measures
The Platform may take necessary and reasonable risk-management measures when:
Markets experience extreme volatility or a significant reduction in liquidity;
Pricing sources, trading systems, or third-party services are interrupted;
An account presents security, compliance, or abnormal trading risks;
A user exceeds applicable trading or position limits;
Legal, regulatory, or judicial authorities require action; or
Other material risks require timely intervention.
Measures may include restricting new positions, adjusting margin requirements, rejecting risk-bearing orders, suspending functions, or handling positions under the applicable rules. The Platform will seek to minimize unnecessary effects and notify users where reasonably practicable.
Article 18 Risk Disclosure
Users understand and accept the following risks:
Market Risk: Gold prices may move rapidly and substantially;
Leverage Risk: Small price movements may cause substantial account losses;
Liquidity Risk: Orders may not execute at the expected price or quantity;
Slippage and Gap Risk: Execution prices may differ materially from submission or trigger prices;
Fee Risk: Spreads, commissions, and Swap may reduce profits or increase losses;
Technology Risk: Systems, networks, and third-party services may fail or experience delays;
Stablecoin Risk: USDT is subject to price, issuer, and network risks;
Rule-Change Risk: Changes to trading parameters or margin requirements may affect position management; and
Counterparty and Service Continuity Risk: Service providers or related partners may fail to perform their obligations on time.
Historical prices, simulated results, promotional materials, and other users’ profits do not guarantee future returns.
Article 19 Liability and Limitations
The Platform will perform its service obligations under this Agreement and applicable law.
Users bear losses resulting from their independent trading decisions and ordinary market risks.
Losses caused by the Platform’s breach, fault, or other conduct for which it is legally responsible will be handled according to the facts, causation, and applicable law.
Third-party failures, system maintenance, or force majeure events do not automatically exempt the Platform from all liability. The Platform must still perform applicable duties to notify, mitigate losses, and provide assistance.
Liability for indirect losses, anticipated profits, and lost opportunities may be limited by valid agreement to the extent permitted by law.
This Agreement does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Article 20 Data and Privacy
The Platform processes users’ identity, account, device, trading, and risk data under the 100X Privacy Policy.
The Platform may process or lawfully share relevant data where necessary for account opening, order execution, settlement, risk control, and legal compliance.
Users must ensure that submitted information is truthful, accurate, and kept current.
Users’ data-related rights and how to exercise them are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Article 21 Amendments to the Agreement and Rules
The Platform may amend this Agreement and related rules in response to product, market, legal, or regulatory changes.
Changes materially affecting fees, margin, user rights, or position treatment should be notified reasonably in advance, except where legal requirements or emergency risk measures require otherwise.
Amendments must not retroactively deprive users of accrued lawful rights.
Users who disagree with an amendment may handle their positions and funds under the applicable rules and discontinue the Service. Where separate consent is legally required, the Platform will obtain it.
Article 22 Notices
The Platform may send notices through announcements, product pages, internal messages, registered email addresses, mobile numbers, or App push notifications.
Users must maintain valid contact details and regularly review their accounts and official notices.
Delivery and legal effect of notices must comply with applicable law. This Article does not exclude users’ statutory rights.
Article 23 Severability and No Waiver
The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision does not affect the remaining provisions.
A party’s failure or delay in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
The parties will address matters arising from an invalid provision in accordance with law while preserving the lawful purpose of the Agreement as far as possible.
Article 24 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without prejudice to non-excludable rights granted by mandatory laws applicable in a user’s jurisdiction.
Disputes arising from this Agreement or the Service should first be addressed through customer support and written negotiations.
If a dispute remains unresolved thirty days after either party issues written notice, it shall be referred to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) and finally resolved under the SIAC Rules in force when arbitration is commenced.
The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration agreement itself shall be governed by Singapore law.
The award shall bind both parties, without affecting rights under applicable law concerning setting aside, recognition, or enforcement.
Either party may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for interim or emergency relief in accordance with law.
Where mandatory law prohibits requiring a particular user or dispute to be subject to this arbitration arrangement, that mandatory law shall apply.
