Dear 100X Users,
To further strengthen protection for Gold Strategy Copy Trading users, 100X plans to introduce a No-Liquidation Mechanism. When an eligible user’s account reaches the liquidation threshold while following a gold strategy, the Platform will take over and lock the relevant positions, preserving the user’s copied positions. Once the market price returns to the unlock price, the system will reactivate the positions and resume copy trading.
The mechanism is outlined below:
1. Platform Takeover and Position Preservation
Once the mechanism takes effect, when an eligible Gold Strategy Copy Trading account reaches the liquidation threshold, the Platform will take over the relevant positions and place them into a protected, locked state, preserving the user’s copied positions.
While the positions are locked, the system will pause strategy copy trading for the account until the unlock conditions are met.
2. Resuming Copy Trading at the Unlock Price
After the positions are locked, the system will continue monitoring market conditions. When the market price returns to the specified unlock price, the system will unlock and reactivate the relevant positions and resume the user’s strategy copy trading.
Users will not be charged for unlocking positions or reactivating copy trading. The applicable unlock price and position status will be displayed on the account page.
3. Copy Trading Cannot Be Terminated While Positions Are Locked
Users cannot voluntarily terminate the relevant copy trading arrangement while their positions are locked. They must wait until the market reaches the unlock price and the unlocking process is completed.
Please ensure that you understand this restriction before participating. The time required for the market to reach the unlock price is uncertain, and the Platform does not guarantee a fixed unlocking period. Once the positions are reactivated, users may manage their copy trading through the functions available on the product page.
4. Launch Details
The No-Liquidation Mechanism will be made available at a later date. The launch date, eligible strategies, and applicable accounts will be announced separately. Until the mechanism takes effect, existing rules will continue to apply.
