Dear 100X Users,
Following losses incurred by certain gold copy trading users, we would like to clarify the compensation arrangements during the public beta and the subsequent principal protection settlement process.
1. Advance Compensation During the Public Beta
As Gold Copy Trading is currently in its public beta and parameter optimization phase, the Platform has provided each affected user with an advance compensation payment of 500 USDT.
The funds have been distributed, and copy trading has been arranged under a strategy with lower risk settings. Affected users should check their account balances and copy trading records.
2. Advance Compensation and the Three-Month Principal Protection Settlement
The 500 USDT payment is an advance toward subsequent principal protection compensation. It will count toward the total compensation amount and is not an additional reward on top of the formal settlement.
The existing three-month principal protection rules remain applicable. Once a user completes the required continuous copy trading period and satisfies the applicable conditions, the Platform will calculate eligible position losses, deduct the 500 USDT already paid, and distribute any remaining compensation balance. Compensation will not be paid twice for the same amount.
Remaining compensation payable = Total compensation determined under the official principal protection rules − The 500 USDT advance payment
If the result is zero or negative, no additional compensation will be payable.
Receiving this advance does not waive the eligibility requirements for subsequent principal protection compensation. Users must still meet the continuous copy trading, account funding, and other conditions specified in the official rules.
3. Fees and Compensation Coverage
Under the previously published rules, principal protection compensation is calculated solely on the final realized profit and loss of eligible copied positions.
Trading fees, Swap or overnight fees, and other charges that do not form part of Position Profit and Loss are excluded from compensation. Spreads and slippage are already reflected in actual execution prices and Position Profit and Loss and are not calculated separately.
Profit sharing is settled according to the applicable strategy and profit-sharing rules. These fees and profit-sharing amounts have their respective settlement and distribution purposes and are not all collected or retained by the Platform.
For the detailed rules, please refer to the 100X Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading Public Beta Launch Announcement.
4. Arrangements After the Public Beta
After the public beta ends, subsequent loss compensation will be handled in accordance with the official principal protection rules. The advance payment arrangement of 500 USDT described above will no longer apply.
The Platform will continue to optimize minimum copy trading amounts, copy trading ratios, and risk-control parameters. Strategies with lower risk settings still involve trading risks. Users should continue to monitor their account funds, Margin Level, and copy trading status.
If you have questions about compensation received, fee details, or subsequent principal protection settlement, please contact official customer support for assistance.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
