Written by 100X

Version Date: October 12, 2026

This 100X Copy Trading Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to your use of the copy trading services provided by the 100X platform, including Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading and other copy trading products that the Platform may introduce from time to time.

This Agreement forms an integral part of the 100X User Service Agreement and other applicable Platform Rules. By clicking “Agree,” “Confirm Copy Trading,” or “Start Copy Trading,” or by otherwise using the Copy Trading Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the Copy Trading Service.

Article 1 Definitions

Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

  1. Copy Trading Service: A service through which, after a user selects a trading strategy displayed on the Platform, the system automatically copies trading activities from the Strategy Account in accordance with the applicable rules.

  2. Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading: A gold strategy copy trading product provided by 100X. It currently supports XAUUSD, a gold trading instrument quoted in US dollars.

  3. Strategy Provider: A user or service provider that creates, manages, or executes a trading strategy and permits other users to copy its trading activities.

  4. Copy Trader: A user who selects a strategy and authorizes the system to copy the corresponding trading activities.

  5. Strategy Account: The account used by a Strategy Provider to execute a trading strategy.

  6. Copy Trading Account: The account used by a Copy Trader to allocate funds, copy Strategy Orders, and settle profits and losses.

  7. Strategy Order: An opening, closing, or other trading instruction executed through a Strategy Account.

  8. Copy Order: An order that the system attempts to copy or execute in a Copy Trading Account based on a Strategy Order, the user’s settings, and the Platform Rules.

  9. Copy Trading Amount: The amount of funds allocated by a user to a selected strategy.

  10. Position Profit and Loss: The final realized profit or loss of a copied position, calculated based on the actual opening price, closing price, trading direction, executed lot size, and contract size.

  11. Principal Protection Arrangement: A conditional protection arrangement under which an eligible user may receive compensation for qualifying position losses in accordance with the official principal protection rules.

  12. Automatic Termination of Copy Trading: The automatic discontinuation of copying new orders after an account triggers forced liquidation, reaches the prescribed number of failed Copy Orders due to insufficient balance, or meets other risk conditions.

  13. Platform Rules: Product descriptions, Help Center rules, fee rules, risk disclosures, campaign rules, page notices, and other rules published and updated by 100X from time to time.

Article 2 Scope of Application

  1. This Agreement applies to the Copy Trading Service provided by 100X, including Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading.

  2. Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading currently supports XAUUSD only. Account funds and settlements are denominated in USDT.

  3. XAUUSD is quoted in US dollars. This does not mean that users must deposit US dollars or that users purchase, hold, or acquire physical gold.

  4. The Platform may adjust the supported trading instruments, strategies, parameters, or functions based on market conditions, product arrangements, liquidity, and risk-control requirements.

  5. Different copy trading products may be subject to different trading rules, principal protection conditions, fee standards, and risk-control requirements.

  6. If this Agreement conflicts with a specific product page, strategy rule, or campaign rule, the special rules published for the applicable product shall prevail. Matters not addressed by such special rules shall be governed by this Agreement.

Article 3 User Eligibility

To use the Copy Trading Service, a user must continuously satisfy the following conditions:

  1. The user has reached the age of full legal capacity under the laws applicable in the user’s jurisdiction;

  2. The user has completed the identity verification, security verification, and risk assessment required by the Platform;

  3. The user is not located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise associated with a country, region, or category of persons to which the Platform restricts or prohibits the provision of services;

  4. The user uses funds that the user lawfully owns and has the authority to dispose of;

  5. The user is capable of understanding the risks associated with copy trading, margin, leverage, forced liquidation, and related trading activities;

  6. The user does not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, illegal fundraising, or any other unlawful or prohibited activity; and

  7. The user complies with this Agreement, the 100X User Service Agreement, and all other applicable Platform Rules.

The Platform may refuse, suspend, or terminate the Service for any user based on applicable laws, compliance requirements, or risk-control considerations.

Article 4 Copy Trading Authorization

  1. After confirming copy trading, the user authorizes the Platform’s system to automatically open and close positions and perform other related activities in accordance with the selected strategy, the user’s settings, and the Platform Rules.

  2. The user understands and agrees that the Strategy Provider’s trading activities do not require the user’s confirmation on an order-by-order basis.

  3. The user is responsible for setting or confirming the Copy Trading Amount, stop-loss threshold, and other risk parameters available on the relevant page.

  4. The user authorizes the Platform to calculate, adjust, delay, or reject Copy Orders based on account funds, minimum lot size, maximum lot size, lot-size increments, margin requirements, and applicable risk limits.

  5. The Platform does not guarantee that every Strategy Order will be successfully copied or that the Copy Trading Account will receive the same execution price, execution time, lot size, or profit and loss as the Strategy Account.

  6. The Copy Trading Service does not mean that the Platform or Strategy Provider makes investment decisions on behalf of the user. The user is responsible for selecting a strategy, allocating funds, configuring applicable settings, and bearing the resulting trading outcomes.

  7. A user may voluntarily stop copy trading through the functions available on the relevant product page. Stopping copy trading may affect existing positions, unfilled orders, and principal protection eligibility.

Article 5 Order Execution

A Copy Order may fail, be delayed, or differ from the corresponding Strategy Order for reasons including:

  1. Insufficient account balance or available margin;

  2. The calculated Copy Order size being lower than the minimum lot size or higher than the maximum lot size;

  3. The order size not complying with the applicable lot-size increment;

  4. The relevant trading instrument being closed, suspended, or under maintenance;

  5. Rapid market-price movements, insufficient liquidity, or market gaps;

  6. Transmission or processing delays between the Strategy Account and Copy Trading Account;

  7. The account reaching its position, risk, or copy trading limits;

  8. System, network, pricing-source, or third-party service failures;

  9. The Platform rejecting, adjusting, or delaying an order for risk-control purposes; or

  10. Other circumstances beyond the Platform’s reasonable control.

All orders, execution prices, executed lot sizes, fees, and trading results shall be determined according to the actual execution records of the Copy Trading Account.

Article 6 User Funds and Margin

  1. The Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading Account currently uses USDT as its account asset.

  2. User funds may be used as margin for opening positions, to cover unrealized losses, settle Position Profit and Loss, and pay trading fees, Swap fees, and other applicable charges.

  3. The account balance is not necessarily equal to the amount available for withdrawal or transfer. Funds occupied by positions, orders, unsettled charges, or other applicable requirements may be temporarily unavailable for withdrawal or transfer.

  4. Before transferring funds out of the account, users should review their open positions, available margin, Margin Level, and principal protection eligibility.

  5. If a transfer causes the account balance or available margin to become insufficient, relevant Copy Orders may fail, and the system may automatically terminate copy trading.

  6. The Platform shall not be responsible for failed orders, forced liquidation, automatic termination of copy trading, or other losses caused by insufficient funds, a user’s transfer of funds, or the user’s failure to replenish funds promptly.

Article 7 Margin and Forced Liquidation

  1. Gold trading uses margin and leverage. Leverage can magnify both profits and losses.

  2. Margin Level is calculated as follows:

Margin Level = Account Equity ÷ Used Margin × 100%

  1. The system will trigger a Margin Close Out, or forced liquidation, when the Margin Level falls to or below 50%.

  2. If an account holds multiple positions, the system will first close the position with the greatest loss and recalculate the Margin Level after each position is closed.

  3. If the account remains at risk, the system may continue closing other positions until the Margin Level recovers or all positions have been closed.

  4. Forced liquidation will be executed at the market price available at the relevant time. Execution at the price prevailing when the Margin Close Out was triggered is not guaranteed.

  5. During extreme market volatility, insufficient liquidity, or market gaps, actual losses may exceed the user’s expectations.

  6. Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading primarily determines account risk based on Account Equity, Used Margin, and Margin Level. A mark price commonly used for other products is not the sole basis for forced liquidation.

  7. The Principal Protection Arrangement does not prevent or delay the system from executing a forced liquidation.

Article 8 Automatic Termination of Copy Trading

The system may automatically terminate copy trading if any of the following occurs:

  1. The Copy Trading Account experiences forced liquidation;

  2. Strategy Orders cannot be copied due to insufficient account balance or available margin, and the number of failures reaches the limit prescribed by the Platform;

  3. A copy trading stop-loss condition set by the user is triggered;

  4. The strategy is discontinued, closed, or no longer accepts Copy Traders;

  5. The user’s account no longer satisfies the relevant product or risk-control requirements;

  6. The account is associated with abnormal, prohibited, or high-risk activity; or

  7. Any other automatic termination condition prescribed by the Platform is triggered.

After copy trading is automatically terminated:

  1. The system will no longer copy new opening orders from the strategy;

  2. Existing positions and unfilled orders will be handled according to the applicable page notices and system rules;

  3. The user is responsible for promptly checking whether the account still contains open positions or unfilled orders; and

  4. Whether the user may copy the strategy again will depend on account funding, strategy status, and the Platform’s risk rules.

If copy trading is automatically terminated because of forced liquidation or because insufficient balance or available margin has caused Copy Orders to fail the prescribed number of times, the user will be deemed not to have completed the continuous copy trading requirement. The user will lose eligibility for the corresponding position-loss compensation, and the relevant losses shall be borne by the user.

Article 9 Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading Rules

  1. The principal protection mechanism offered under Principal-Protected Gold Copy Trading is a conditional position-loss compensation arrangement. It is not unconditional principal protection, deposit insurance, a fixed return, or a guarantee of profit.

  2. Users may transfer funds into or out of the account in accordance with the Platform Rules.

  3. If a user transfers all or part of the principal out of the account before completing three months of copy trading, losses arising from copy trading shall be borne by the user.

  4. After a user has continuously copied the strategy for three months and has satisfied the applicable rules and review requirements, the Platform will review qualifying copied-position losses.

  5. Following approval, the Platform will compensate qualifying position losses in accordance with the official principal protection rules.

  6. Compensation will be calculated solely according to the final realized profit and loss of eligible copied positions.

  7. Spreads and slippage are already reflected in the actual execution prices and final profit and loss of the positions. They will not be calculated or compensated as separate items.

  8. Trading fees, Swap fees, strategy service fees, and other charges that do not form part of Position Profit and Loss are excluded from position-loss compensation.

  9. A user will lose eligibility for the corresponding position-loss compensation if any of the following occurs:

    • The user transfers all or part of the principal out of the account before completing the prescribed period;

    • The user stops copy trading early;

    • Copy trading is automatically terminated because of forced liquidation;

    • Copy trading is automatically terminated after insufficient balance or margin causes order failures to reach the prescribed limit;

    • The user breaches the strategy rules, campaign rules, or this Agreement;

    • The user engages in abnormal trading, arbitrage, wash trading, manipulation, fraud, account sharing, or other prohibited conduct;

    • The user fails to submit an application or required information within the prescribed period; or

    • Any other disqualifying circumstance specified in the Platform’s official rules occurs.

  10. The commencement of the continuous copy trading period, compensation-calculation method, application process, review period, and method of distribution shall be governed by the product page and official principal protection rules.

  11. The Platform may verify user accounts, funds, and trading records. System records constitute an important basis for determining eligibility and calculating the compensation amount.

Article 10 Fees

Use of the Copy Trading Service may involve:

  1. Bid/ask spreads;

  2. Trading fees;

  3. Swap or overnight fees;

  4. Three-day Swap charges;

  5. Strategy service fees or profit sharing; and

  6. Other fees specified on the relevant product page or in the applicable campaign rules.

The applicable fee rates, calculation methods, and deduction times shall be determined according to the product page, strategy page, and account statements.

Broker commissions, broker-level rewards, and other distributions paid by the Platform to partners do not constitute user trading fees. Users must not use broker reward standards to estimate their own trading costs.

Article 11 Strategy Information and Historical Performance

  1. The Platform may display strategy returns, win rates, drawdowns, order records, operating periods, and other information.

  2. Strategy information is provided solely for historical reference and does not constitute investment advice, a promise of returns, or a guarantee of future performance.

  3. The Platform does not guarantee that strategy information will be complete, accurate, or current at all times.

  4. A Strategy Provider may change its trading approach, increase risk, or incur consecutive losses.

  5. Users must independently select strategies based on their financial circumstances and risk tolerance.

  6. The Platform’s display, ranking, or recommendation of a strategy does not constitute a guarantee, assurance, or endorsement of that strategy.

Article 12 User Responsibilities

Users shall:

  1. Properly safeguard their account credentials, passwords, and security-verification information;

  2. Ensure that all copy trading funds come from lawful sources;

  3. Monitor their account balances, open positions, margin, and risk status;

  4. Regularly review strategy performance, order records, and fee statements;

  5. Take timely action if the account balance becomes insufficient or account risk increases;

  6. Not interfere with, attack, or circumvent the Platform’s systems;

  7. Not exploit the principal protection rules for arbitrage, wash trading, manipulation, or fraud;

  8. Accept responsibility for selecting strategies and configuring applicable parameters; and

  9. Review rule updates and risk notices published by the Platform in a timely manner.

Losses arising from a user’s failure to comply with these responsibilities shall be borne by the user.

Article 13 Platform Rights

To protect the Platform, its users, and market integrity, 100X may:

  1. Adjust, suspend, or terminate any part or all of the Copy Trading Service;

  2. Adjust supported instruments, strategies, trading parameters, and risk limits;

  3. Suspend the acceptance of new Copy Traders or limit the scale of copy trading;

  4. Reject, cancel, adjust, or delay the execution of orders presenting risk;

  5. Adopt risk-control measures during abnormal market conditions, system failures, or insufficient liquidity;

  6. Investigate abnormal accounts, abnormal trading activity, and compensation applications;

  7. Suspend the distribution of compensation that is disputed or requires further review;

  8. Revoke copy trading access, compensation eligibility, or account permissions for users who breach applicable rules; and

  9. Take measures required by applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.

The Platform will provide notice of such measures through a page notice, announcement, or other reasonable means where reasonably practicable, except where emergency risk-control action is required.

Article 14 Suspension and Termination of Service

The Platform may suspend or terminate the Service if:

  1. The user no longer satisfies the eligibility requirements;

  2. The user breaches this Agreement or the Platform Rules;

  3. The user’s account presents security, compliance, or abnormal activity risks;

  4. The strategy ceases operating or is removed from the Platform;

  5. Abnormal market volatility or insufficient liquidity occurs;

  6. The system is undergoing maintenance or upgrades or experiences a technical failure;

  7. Applicable laws, regulatory policies, judicial authorities, or governmental authorities require such action;

  8. A force majeure event prevents the continuation of the Service; or

  9. The Platform reasonably determines that continuing the Service may harm users or the Platform.

Following termination of the Service, existing positions, unfilled orders, fees, and funds will be handled according to the Platform Rules and the actual status recorded by the system.

Article 15 Risk Disclosure

The user acknowledges and understands that:

  1. Copy trading and the related gold trading activities are high-risk and may result in the loss of some or all funds;

  2. Leverage magnifies both profits and losses;

  3. Automated copy trading does not eliminate market risk;

  4. Historical returns are not indicative of future performance;

  5. The Copy Trading Account may not successfully copy every Strategy Order;

  6. The actual execution price, execution time, and lot size may differ from those of the Strategy Account;

  7. Spreads, slippage, trading fees, and Swap fees affect the final trading result;

  8. Stop-loss orders and forced liquidations are not guaranteed to execute at a specified price;

  9. Systems, networks, pricing sources, or third-party services may be interrupted;

  10. The Principal Protection Arrangement applies only to users who satisfy all applicable conditions and pass the required review;

  11. Trading fees, Swap fees, and other charges not forming part of Position Profit and Loss are excluded from position-loss compensation; and

  12. A user will lose compensation eligibility if forced liquidation, or repeated failures caused by insufficient balance, results in the automatic termination of copy trading.

Users should decide whether to use the Service based on their experience, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.

Article 16 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. The Platform makes no guarantee regarding the trading decisions, performance, or conduct of any Strategy Provider;

  2. The Platform does not guarantee that the Copy Trading Service will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free;

  3. The Platform does not guarantee that users will earn a profit or avoid losses;

  4. Losses caused by market movements, slippage, insufficient liquidity, system maintenance, communication failures, or force majeure events will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Platform Rules;

  5. Losses resulting from account-security issues, incorrect user settings, insufficient funds, early transfers of funds, or a user’s breach of applicable rules shall be borne by the user;

Nothing in this Article excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Platform and the user shall replace the affected provision with a lawful and enforceable provision that most closely reflects its original commercial purpose.

Article 22 No Waiver

The Platform’s failure or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
