This guide explains how to purchase digital assets through the OTC page after completing the required account verification. It covers entering a purchase amount, creating an order, completing security checks, completing first-time transaction verification, selecting a merchant, making payment, and returning to the platform.
Before You Begin
Before making an OTC purchase, confirm that you have completed:
Identity verification
Mobile phone number binding
Google Authenticator binding
You should also prepare:
A payment account registered in your legal name
Access to your registered email address
The Google Authenticator app
Important: Transaction prices, fees, merchants, order limits, and countdown timers may change. Always refer to the information displayed on the actual order page. Use only a payment account registered in your legal name and pay only the recipient shown on the order page.
Step 1 Enter the Purchase Amount
Go to the 【OTC】 page.
Select 【Buy】.
Confirm that the correct fiat currency is displayed, such as CNY.
Enter the amount of fiat currency you want to pay.
Review the estimated amount of digital assets you will receive.
Confirm the asset, payment channel, and transaction fee.
Tap 【Buy USDT】 after confirming the information.
The estimated asset amount is calculated using the current price and applicable fees. The final amount is subject to the information displayed on the order page.
Step 2 Confirm and Create the Order
On the order confirmation page, carefully review:
Payment amount
Transaction fee
Estimated amount to be received
Unit price
Transaction method
Prices may change with market conditions. The final price is subject to the payment channel’s current quote.
Check the countdown timer on the order creation button and confirm the order within the available time. If the amount, asset, price, or transaction method is incorrect, return to the previous page and make the necessary changes.
After confirming all information, tap 【Create Order】.
Step 3 Complete Security Verification
When creating the order, you may be required to complete email and Google Authenticator verification.
Tap 【Get Verification Code】 in the email verification section.
Check your registered email inbox.
Enter the code in the 【Email Verification】 field.
Open Google Authenticator.
Enter the current six-digit code in the 【Google Authenticator】 field.
Confirm that both codes are correct, and then tap 【Confirm】.
Google Authenticator codes refresh regularly. If a code is rejected, wait for a new code and enter the latest six digits. Make sure your device’s date and time are set to update automatically.
Security notice: Email verification codes, Google Authenticator codes, QR codes, and setup keys are sensitive information. Never disclose them to anyone.
Step 4 Verify Your Mobile Number and Accept the Agreement
When making an OTC purchase for the first time, the payment channel may require you to verify your full mobile phone number and accept the relevant agreements.
Enter your complete mobile phone number based on the partially displayed number.
Carefully read the User Service Agreement, risk notices, and anti-money laundering information.
Confirm that you understand the risks associated with digital asset transactions.
Select 【I Have Read the User Service Agreement】.
Tap 【Confirm】 to continue.
The mobile phone number must belong to you and must be consistent with your account and identity verification information.
Step 5 Complete First-Time KYC Verification
When using the payment channel for the first time, you may be required to complete an additional identity verification process.
Enter the following information as instructed:
Your full legal name
Country or region
Identity document type
Identity document number
The information submitted during this KYC process must exactly match the information provided during your initial identity verification. This includes your name, the order of your name, country or region, and identity document number.
After entering the required information, complete any document, facial, or additional verification requested on the page and submit it for review.
Verification may fail if the two sets of KYC information do not match. Do not provide false information or use another person’s identity.
Step 6 Select a Merchant
After completing KYC verification, the system will display the available merchants.
When selecting a merchant, review:
Unit price
Per-order transaction limits
Supported payment methods
Merchant order performance
Merchant online status
Your purchase amount must fall within the merchant’s displayed transaction limits.
Select a suitable merchant and tap 【Buy】.
Do not select a merchant based only on the lowest price. Also review the available payment methods, transaction limits, and order requirements.
Step 7 Select a Payment Method and Submit
On the merchant order page:
Confirm the merchant’s name.
Confirm the transaction quantity.
Confirm the total transaction amount.
Confirm the unit price.
Select a payment method that you can use.
Tap 【Submit】 after confirming the information.
The system will then create an official pending-payment order.
If you need to communicate with the merchant, use the chat function provided on the platform’s order page. Do not move the conversation to a private messaging app or conduct the transaction outside the platform.
Step 8 Pay Using the Order Information
After the order is created, complete the payment before the countdown expires using the recipient information displayed on the order page.
Before paying, carefully verify:
Payment method
Recipient’s name
Recipient’s account number
Payment QR code
Order amount
When making payment:
Use a payment account registered in your legal name.
Make sure the payment account information matches your identity verification information.
Do not ask another person to pay on your behalf.
Pay only the recipient displayed on the order page.
Do not pay an account sent separately through private chat.
Do not make payment before the system displays the recipient’s information.
Avoid entering digital asset-related terms in the transfer description. Follow the instructions displayed on the order page.
After completing the transfer, return to the order page and tap 【I Have Completed the Transfer】.
Do not select 【I Have Completed the Transfer】 before making the payment. After payment has been completed, do not cancel the order without following the platform’s instructions.
Step 9 Complete the Transaction and Return to the Platform
After making payment, wait for the payment channel or merchant to confirm receipt.
When the transaction is complete:
A transaction completion message will appear.
Tap 【Return to Merchant Platform】.
Check your asset balance or order history after returning to the platform.
Confirm that the purchased digital assets have been credited.
Always verify the asset shown in the order. USDT and USDC are different digital assets, so rely on the information displayed on the actual order page.
If the assets are not credited within the expected time, do not make another payment. Keep the order number and payment receipt, and use the order appeal function or contact official customer support.
Purchase Completion Checklist
After the transaction is completed, confirm that:
The order status shows that the transaction is complete
The amount paid matches the order amount
Your platform asset balance has been updated
The order can be found in your order history
If the order still shows “Pending Payment,” “Processing,” or the assets have not been credited, check the order status and payment record first. Do not make a duplicate payment.
Transaction Security Reminders
Never disclose verification codes, identity document information, banking passwords, Google Authenticator QR codes, or setup keys.
Pay only the recipient displayed on the order page.
Do not accept a privately provided replacement payment account or QR code.
Do not use another person’s account to make payment.
Do not conduct the transaction outside the platform.
Use the platform’s order page for transaction-related communication and appeals.
