Before accessing OTC services for the first time, you must complete identity verification, bind a mobile phone number, and set up Google Authenticator. All three requirements must be completed before you can use OTC services.
What You Need
Please prepare the following:
A valid government-issued identity document
A mobile phone number that can receive SMS messages
Access to your registered email address
The Google Authenticator app
Security notice: Your legal name, identification number, identity document photos, email verification codes, SMS verification codes, Google Authenticator codes, QR codes, and setup keys are sensitive information. Never disclose them to anyone.
Step 1 Access OTC
Open the app and go to the Home page.
Find and tap 【OTC】 in the shortcuts section.
When accessing OTC for the first time, the system will prompt you to complete:
Identity verification
Mobile phone binding
Google Authenticator binding
We recommend completing these requirements in the order shown above.
Step 2 Complete Identity Verification
Enter Your Identity Information
Tap 【Verify Now】 next to 【Identity Verification】.
Confirm that the document type is correct.
Select the country or region that issued your identity document.
Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears on your identity document.
Enter your identification number and carefully check for missing digits, extra spaces, or other errors.
After confirming that all information is correct, tap 【Next】.
You must use your own accurate and valid identity information. Identity information submitted for verification may only be associated with one account.
Upload Verification Documents
Upload the following materials as instructed:
A photo of the front of your identity document
A photo of you holding your identity document
Please make sure that:
All four corners of the document are visible.
The document information is clear and readable.
The photos are not blurred, reflective, or obstructed.
Your face, facial features, and identity document are clearly visible in the photo of you holding the document.
The photos have not been altered and do not contain another person’s information.
Supported file formats are subject to the instructions displayed on the page. Commonly supported formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and BMP.
After uploading the required materials, select the declaration confirming that the information belongs to you, and then tap 【Next】.
Complete Email Verification
Tap 【Get Verification Code】.
Check your registered email inbox for the verification email.
Enter the code in the 【Email Verification】 field.
Tap 【Confirm】 to submit your identity verification application.
Wait for the platform to review your application.
Do not submit the application repeatedly or change your identity information while the review is in progress. If the verification remains pending for an extended period, check that your name, identification number, and document photos are accurate, consistent, clear, and complete.
Step 3 Bind Your Mobile Phone Number
After your identity verification is approved, return to the security setup page.
Tap 【Bind Now】 next to 【Mobile Number】.
Select the correct country or region code.
Enter the mobile phone number you want to bind.
Tap 【Get Verification Code】 in the mobile verification section.
Enter the SMS verification code.
Tap 【Get Verification Code】 in the email verification section.
Enter the email verification code.
Confirm that both codes are correct, and then tap 【Confirm】.
The country or region code shown on the page is only an example. Select the code that corresponds to your mobile phone number.
Step 4 Bind Google Authenticator
Return to the security setup page and tap 【Bind Now】 next to 【Google Authenticator】.
Download Google Authenticator
If Google Authenticator is not installed:
Tap 【Download】.
Download and install Google Authenticator from your device’s official app store.
Return to the binding page after installation.
Tap 【Downloaded, Next】.
If Google Authenticator is already installed, tap 【Downloaded, Next】 directly.
Do not download authenticator apps from unfamiliar links or unofficial sources.
Add the Verification Account
Open Google Authenticator and add the account using either of the following methods.
Method 1: Scan the QR code
Tap the option to add an account in Google Authenticator.
Select 【Scan a QR Code】.
Scan the QR code displayed on the binding page.
Method 2: Enter the setup key
Tap the option to add an account in Google Authenticator.
Select 【Enter a Setup Key】.
Enter an account name.
Enter the setup key displayed on the binding page.
Save the account.
After the account is added, Google Authenticator will generate a six-digit verification code.
Complete the Binding Process
Enter the six-digit code generated by Google Authenticator in the 【Google Authenticator】 field.
Tap 【Get Verification Code】 in the email verification section.
Enter the email verification code.
Confirm that both codes are correct, and then tap 【Confirm】.
When the page displays a successful binding message, the setup is complete.
Security notice: The QR code and setup key can be used to generate Google Authenticator codes for your account. Keep them strictly confidential. Store the setup key securely offline and never send a screenshot of it to anyone.
Completion Checklist
Return to the OTC security setup page and confirm that:
Identity verification has been approved
Your mobile phone number has been bound
Google Authenticator has been bound
After all three requirements are completed, you can return to the OTC page and use the available services.

What should I do if I replace or lose my phone?
Use your securely stored setup key to restore the account in Google Authenticator. If you cannot restore it, follow the platform’s official identity verification and account recovery process or contact official customer support.
