Written by 100X

1. Risk Disclosure for AI Stock Learning Base

AI Stock Learning Base is a learning-oriented product built around AI market analysis, strategy position learning, AI Learning Rights, X Stock Scholarships, and U.S. stock position experience.

The product is designed to help users understand AI-powered U.S. stock trading logic, strategy position changes, risk boundaries, the X Stock rights path, and U.S. stock market experience.

Related features do not constitute investment advice, nor do they represent any guarantee from the platform regarding market direction, profit results, or market performance.

2. Risk Disclosure for AI Market Analysis

AI market analysis is mainly used to help users understand market information and trading logic.

AI analysis results may refer to market trends, price changes, technical indicators, fund sentiment, and other information. However, the market itself is uncertain, and AI analysis results do not mean that future market movements will necessarily follow the indicated direction.

Users should not rely solely on AI analysis results to make trading decisions. Please participate rationally based on your own situation and risk tolerance.

3. Risk Disclosure for Strategy Positions

Strategy positions are managed calculation positions used by Practice Traders to learn trading logic.

Strategy positions calculate results based on the user’s selected participation tier, trading asset, trading direction, M-level leverage multiple, and asset price movement.

Strategy positions may result in two outcomes:

The profit target is reached, the user receives the corresponding strategy profit, and an equal amount of U.S. stock position is unlocked.
The risk boundary is triggered, the system automatically closes the position, returns the corresponding participation principal, and no U.S. stock position is unlocked.

Strategy position results are affected by market fluctuations, leverage multiple, trading direction, and system rules. Users should fully understand the rules before participating.

4. Leverage Risk Disclosure

Strategy positions are calculated based on the leverage multiple corresponding to the user’s M level.

The higher the M level, the higher the available strategy leverage. Within the same price movement range, the profit or loss amount of the strategy position will also be higher.

In strategy position calculations, the asset price movement is calculated with a maximum range of 1%.

Users should understand that leverage may amplify profit and loss changes. Even small market price movements may affect the strategy position result.

5. Risk Disclosure for U.S. Stock Positions

A U.S. stock position is a real U.S. stock trading experience right unlocked by Practice Traders after the strategy position reaches the target.

After entering real matching, users can experience U.S. stock trading scenarios and perform operations such as increasing position, reducing position, increasing margin, and reducing margin.

A U.S. stock position may generate profit or incur loss.

When a U.S. stock position generates profit, the profit will be distributed according to the following ratio:

Recipient

Distribution Ratio

User

50%

Platform

20%

Rebate Pool

30%

If the U.S. stock position does not generate profit, no profit distribution will occur.

After the U.S. stock position is closed, the principal of the corresponding U.S. stock position will be recovered by the system. The position right will be consumed according to the rules and cannot be reused.

6. Risk Disclosure for X Stock Scholarships

X Stock Scholarships are rights records generated by AI Learning Rights. They are not directly tradable tokens and cannot be bought or sold directly.

Users need to complete scholarship distribution according to the rules first, and then use the X Stock exchange quota to convert distributed scholarships into X Stock.

Scholarship distribution options, distribution ratios, exchange quota, conversion process, and X Stock conversion results are subject to the platform page display and actual system rules.

7. X Stock Price Fluctuation Risk Disclosure

X Stock is a digital asset, and its price may be affected by market conditions, liquidity, supply and demand, user participation, and other external factors.

The price of X Stock may rise or fall.

When users buy X Stock in the secondary market and lock it to obtain an exchange quota, they should fully understand the risk of market price fluctuations and participate rationally based on their own situation.

8. Rule Adjustment Notice

AI Stock Learning Base features, participation tiers, AI Learning Rights, X Stock Scholarships, strategy positions, U.S. stock positions, M levels, leverage permissions, scholarship distribution rules, conversion rules, and distribution rules may be adjusted based on product operation, market conditions, or risk control requirements.
