Risk Disclosure and Notes

Written by 100X

1. AI Stock Hub Risk Disclosure

AI Stock Hub is an AI U.S. stock learning and xStocks ecosystem participation project first launched on 100X Launchpad. It is built around AI market analysis, AI strategy position learning, AI Stock Hub Rights, xStocks Scholarships, and U.S. stock position experience.

The related functions are mainly designed to help users understand AI U.S. stock trading logic, AI strategy position changes, risk boundaries, xStocks rights paths, and U.S. stock market experience. They do not constitute any investment advice, profit commitment, or trading guidance.

The platform does not guarantee any market direction, trading result, xStocks price performance, or final user return.

2. AI Market Analysis Risk Disclosure

AI market analysis is mainly used to help users understand market information and trading logic.

AI analysis results may refer to market trends, price changes, technical indicators, market sentiment, and other information. However, the market itself is uncertain, and AI analysis results do not mean that future market movements will necessarily develop in the corresponding direction.

Users should not rely solely on AI analysis results to make trading decisions. Users should participate rationally based on their own circumstances, market risks, and risk tolerance.

3. AI Strategy Position Risk Disclosure

AI Strategy Position is a system-managed calculation position used by Practice Traders to learn trading logic.

AI Strategy Position results are calculated based on the user’s selected participation tier, trading asset, trading direction, leverage multiplier, and the price movement of the underlying asset.

After an AI Strategy Position starts running, the following results may occur:

1. Profit Target Reached

When an AI Strategy Position reaches the profit target set by the system, the Practice Trader may receive the corresponding position profit.

The U.S. stock position corresponding to the profit will be distributed under the 50% / 50% rule:

The Practice Trader receives 50% of the U.S. stock position.
The corresponding Advanced Learner receives 50% of the U.S. stock position.

2. Risk Boundary Triggered

When an AI Strategy Position triggers the risk boundary, the system will automatically close the position and return the user’s corresponding participation principal according to the rules. No U.S. stock position will be unlocked.

AI Strategy Position results are affected by market volatility, leverage multiplier, trading direction, and system rules. Users should fully understand the rules before participating.

4. Leverage Risk Disclosure

AI Strategy Positions are calculated according to the user’s available leverage permission.

The user’s available leverage permission is mainly determined by the M level or the amount of locked xStocks. The system will compare the user’s current M level and locked xStocks status, and use the higher permission as the final available leverage.

The higher the M level, or the higher the permission corresponding to locked xStocks, the higher the strategy leverage available. Within the same price movement range, the profit or loss amount generated by the AI Strategy Position will also be higher.

In AI Strategy Position calculations, the price movement of the underlying asset is capped at 1%.

Users should understand that leverage amplifies profit and loss changes. Even a small market price movement may affect the result of the AI Strategy Position.

5. U.S. Stock Position Risk Disclosure

A U.S. stock position is a U.S. stock trading experience position allocated to the Practice Trader and the corresponding Advanced Learner after the AI Strategy Position reaches the target according to the rules.

After the U.S. stock position enters real matching, users can experience U.S. stock trading scenarios and may use supported functions on the page, such as increasing positions, reducing positions, adding margin, or reducing margin.

A U.S. stock position may generate profit or loss.

When a U.S. stock position generates profit, the profit portion will be distributed according to the following ratio:

Recipient

Distribution Ratio

User

50%

Platform

20%

Contribution Pool

30%

If the U.S. stock position does not generate profit, no profit distribution will occur.

After the U.S. stock position is closed, the corresponding principal of the U.S. stock position will be recovered by the system. The position is consumed according to the rules and cannot be reused.

Whether the U.S. stock position is received by a Practice Trader or an Advanced Learner, as long as the U.S. stock position generates profit, the profit portion will be distributed according to the rule of 50% to the user, 20% to the platform, and 30% to the contribution pool.

6. xStocks Scholarship Risk Disclosure

xStocks Scholarships are rights records calculated based on the quantity of AI Stock Hub Rights and the M-Level Multiplier. They are not directly tradable tokens and cannot be bought or sold directly.

Users need to complete scholarship distribution according to the rules first, and then convert the distributed scholarships into xStocks through the xStocks conversion quota.

Scholarship distribution methods, distribution ratios, conversion quotas, conversion processes, and xStocks conversion results are all subject to the platform page display and actual system rules.

xStocks Scholarships do not represent fixed returns or profit commitments. Actual distribution, conversion, and receipt results may be affected by project rules, market conditions, system settlement, and other factors.

7. xStocks Price Volatility Risk Disclosure

xStocks is a digital asset. Its price may be affected by market conditions, liquidity, supply and demand, user participation, and other external factors.

The price of xStocks may rise or fall.

When users buy xStocks in the market and hold them to obtain a conversion quota, they should fully understand the risk of market price volatility and participate rationally based on their own circumstances.

8. Rule Adjustment Notice

AI Stock Hub-related functions, participation tiers, AI Stock Hub Rights, xStocks Scholarships, AI Strategy Positions, U.S. stock positions, M levels, leverage permissions, scholarship distribution rules, conversion rules, and distribution rules may be adjusted based on product operation status, market conditions, or risk control requirements.

The specific rules are subject to the platform page display, announcements, and actual system execution results.
