Practice Trader Rules

Written by 100X

1. Practice Trader Participation Rules

A Practice Trader is the strategy learning role in AI Stock Learning Base, mainly using strategy positions to learn AI-powered U.S. stock trading logic.

After becoming a Practice Trader, users need to complete the strategy settings according to the page instructions, which usually include:

Participation tier
Trading asset
Trading direction
Leverage multiple

The AI system will automatically execute the strategy logic based on the user’s settings and calculate the strategy position result according to market changes.

Practice Traders do not need to monitor the market manually and cannot actively operate the strategy position.

2. What is a Strategy Position?

A strategy position is a managed calculation position used by Practice Traders to learn trading logic.

The strategy position is analyzed and executed by the AI system based on the user’s settings, helping users understand:

How trading direction affects results
How leverage affects profit and loss changes
How take-profit and stop-loss are triggered
How risk boundaries are executed
How U.S. stock positions are unlocked after the strategy target is reached

In simple terms, a strategy position is not for users to trade manually. It is a system-managed calculation process designed to help users learn trading logic and risk boundaries.

3. Strategy Position Operation Restrictions

Strategy positions use a system-managed calculation model.

After users complete the strategy settings, the system will automatically execute the strategy logic. Users cannot actively operate the strategy position.

Users cannot perform the following operations:

Open or close the position manually
Modify take-profit or stop-loss settings
Increase or reduce the position
Adjust margin
Manually interfere with the strategy execution result

The strategy position result is automatically calculated by the system based on the user’s settings, market changes, and platform rules.

4. Strategy Position Calculation Rules

The profit and loss result of a strategy position is related to the user’s participation tier, M-level leverage multiple, and the price movement range of the trading asset.

Formula:

Strategy Position PnL = Participation Principal × Leverage Multiple × Asset Price Movement

The asset price movement is calculated with a maximum range of 1%.

This means the strategy position calculates the result within a maximum 1% price movement range, combined with the user’s corresponding M-level leverage multiple.

M-Level Leverage Rules

The higher the M level, the higher the strategy position leverage.
Within the same price movement range, the profit or loss amount of the strategy position will also be higher.

5. Strategy Position Result Rules

After a strategy position starts running, there are two main possible results:

1. Profit Target Reached

When the strategy position reaches the system-set profit target, the user can receive the corresponding strategy profit and unlock the same amount of U.S. stock position.

The U.S. stock position is unlocked based on the actual profit amount of the strategy position.

In simple terms:

The more the strategy position earns, the more U.S. stock position will be unlocked.

For example:

If the strategy position earns 20U, a 20U U.S. stock position will be unlocked.
If the strategy position earns 100U, a 100U U.S. stock position will be unlocked.
If the strategy position earns 220U, a 220U U.S. stock position will be unlocked.

2. Risk Boundary Triggered

When the strategy position triggers the risk boundary, the system will automatically close the position and return the corresponding participation principal to the user.

After the risk boundary is triggered, no U.S. stock position will be unlocked.

6. Strategy Position Examples

Assume the user selects the 1000U tier and enters strategy position learning.

Example 1: M0 Level

M0 corresponds to 2X leverage.

When the asset price moves 1% in the favorable direction:

1000U × 2X × 1% = 20U

The strategy position profit is 20U.

If the system profit target is reached, the user can receive 20U strategy profit and unlock a 20U U.S. stock position.

When the asset price moves 1% in the opposite direction:

1000U × 2X × 1% = -20U

The strategy position loss is 20U. If the risk boundary is triggered, the system will automatically close the position, return the user’s 1000U principal, and no U.S. stock position will be unlocked.

Example 2: M10 Level

M10 corresponds to 22X leverage.

When the asset price moves 1% in the favorable direction:

1000U × 22X × 1% = 220U

The strategy position profit is 220U.

If the system profit target is reached, the user can receive 220U strategy profit and unlock a 220U U.S. stock position.

When the asset price moves 1% in the opposite direction:

1000U × 22X × 1% = -220U

The strategy position loss is 220U. If the risk boundary is triggered, the system will automatically close the position, return the user’s 1000U principal, and no U.S. stock position will be unlocked.

7. U.S. Stock Position Overview

A U.S. stock position is a real U.S. stock trading experience right unlocked by Practice Traders after the strategy position reaches the target.

The U.S. stock position helps users further understand:

U.S. stock trading scenarios
Real market rhythm
Position changes
U.S. stock market fluctuations
AI market analysis for assisted judgment

U.S. stock positions enter real matching, allowing users to experience real U.S. stock trading scenarios.

U.S. stock positions support the following operations:

Increase position
Reduce position
Increase margin
Reduce margin

Each U.S. stock position can only be opened once.
U.S. stock positions are used in order. The next position can only be used after the previous one is closed.
After the position is closed, the principal of the corresponding U.S. stock position will be recovered by the system.

8. U.S. Stock Position Profit Distribution Rules

When a U.S. stock position generates profit, the profit will be distributed according to the following ratio:

Recipient

Distribution Ratio

User

50%

Platform

20%

Rebate Pool

30%

Notes:

Profit distribution only occurs when the U.S. stock position generates profit.
If the U.S. stock position does not generate profit, no distribution will occur.
After the position is closed, the principal of the U.S. stock position will be recovered by the system.

U.S. Stock Position Profit Distribution Example

Assume the user earns 220U from the strategy position, and the system unlocks a 220U U.S. stock position.

The user uses this U.S. stock position for U.S. stock trading. If the position generates a profit after closing:

1000U

The profit will be distributed as follows:

User receives:

1000U × 50% = 500U

Platform receives:

1000U × 20% = 200U

Rebate Pool:

1000U × 30% = 300U

Final result:

User receives 500U profit
Platform receives 200U
Rebate Pool receives 300U

If the U.S. stock position incurs a loss, no profit distribution will occur. After the position ends, the position right will be consumed according to the rules and cannot be reused.

9. Core Value of the Practice Trader Path

The core value of the Practice Trader path is to help users learn trading logic through strategy positions and further experience U.S. stock positions after the strategy target is reached.

Through this path, users can understand:

How to choose a trading direction
How to understand the impact of leverage
How to understand take-profit and stop-loss
How to understand risk boundaries
How strategy profit unlocks U.S. stock positions
How to use AI market analysis to understand U.S. stock trading rhythm

In simple terms:

Practice Traders follow the AI market analysis + strategy position learning + U.S. stock position experience path.

10. Notes

AI market analysis, strategy position learning, and U.S. stock position experience are only for learning and assisted understanding, and do not constitute investment advice.

Strategy positions, U.S. stock positions, profit targets, risk boundaries, unlock conditions, and settlement methods are subject to the platform page display and actual system settlement.

Market prices may fluctuate. Trading learning and market experience involve risks. Please participate rationally based on your own situation.
