Discounted Coin Purchase Settlement Explanation

Written by 100X

1. Settlement Overview

Discounted Coin Purchase uses a combined participation mechanism of USDT and pUSD. After a user successfully subscribes, the system will allocate the target asset for the user at the discounted purchase price according to the product rules.

During order operation, the system will process settlement based on market price movements, whether the unlock price has been reached, and whether the user chooses early redemption.

After settlement is completed, the relevant assets will be distributed to the user’s Wealth Management Account. The actual settlement amount, asset arrival time, and final result are subject to the 100X App display and actual system settlement.

2. Core Settlement Logic

The settlement of Discounted Coin Purchase usually involves the following key parameters:

Current market price;
Discount rate;
Purchase price;
Unlock price;
Investment amount;
Required pUSD;
Locked 100XT;
Current order status.

After a user participates in Discounted Coin Purchase, the system will determine the order status based on market price changes and process the order according to the corresponding rules.

Common settlement statuses include:

  1. Target Reached

  2. Target Not Reached

  3. Market Decline

Under different statuses, the asset structure and settlement result may vary.

3. Purchase Price and Unlock Price

1. Purchase Price

The purchase price is the discounted buying price calculated by the system based on the current market price and the discount rate selected by the user.

Example:

Assume the current market price of an asset is 82.92 USDT, and the user selects a 10% discount. The purchase price will be approximately:

82.92 × (1 − 10%) = 74.62 USDT

This means the user will participate in the asset allocation at the discounted price defined by the product rules.

2. Unlock Price

The unlock price is an important reference price for the order to enter the Target Reached settlement status. When the market price reaches the unlock price set by the product, the system will enter the settlement process according to the rules.

Example:

Assume the current market price is 82.92 USDT, and the required price increase for unlock is 12%. The unlock price will be approximately:

82.92 × (1 + 12%) = 92.87 USDT

The examples above are only used to explain the calculation logic. The actual purchase price, unlock price, and unlock conditions are subject to the product page.

4. How Is pUSD Calculated?

After the user enters the USDT investment amount, the system will automatically calculate the required pUSD based on the discount rate.

Reference formula:

pUSD = USDT ÷ (1 − Discount Rate) × Discount Rate

If the user enters pUSD, the system may also calculate the corresponding USDT amount in reverse according to the rules.

Reference formula:

USDT = pUSD ÷ Discount Rate × (1 − Discount Rate)

Example:

Assume the user selects a 10% discount and enters 100 USDT. The required pUSD will be approximately:

100 ÷ (1 − 10%) × 10% = 11.11 pUSD

The formulas above are only used to explain the calculation logic. The actual required pUSD amount is subject to the system display.

5. Status 1: Target Reached

When the market price reaches the unlock price set by the product, the order will enter the Target Reached status, and the system will automatically settle it according to the product rules.

Under this status, users usually receive:

USDT principal;
USDT equivalent of pUSD;
USDT generated from the price increase;
Returned locked 100XT according to the rules.

Reference formula:

USDT principal + USDT equivalent of pUSD + profit in USDT

Example:

After a user participates in Discounted Coin Purchase, if the market price reaches the unlock price set by the product, the order enters the Target Reached status. At this point, the system will settle the USDT principal, USDT equivalent of pUSD, and the portion generated from the price increase according to the product rules, then distribute them to the user’s Wealth Management Account.

The actual settlement amount, pUSD conversion result, and asset arrival time are subject to actual system settlement.

6. Status 2: Target Not Reached

When the market price rises but has not yet reached the unlock price set by the product, the order will not automatically settle under the Target Reached status. Users may choose to continue holding or redeem early when the product conditions are met.

If the user chooses early redemption, the system will settle the order under the Target Not Reached status.

Under this status, users usually receive:

USDT principal;
Part of pUSD;
USDT generated from the price increase;
Returned locked 100XT according to the rules.

Reference formula:

USDT principal + 50% × pUSD + profit in USDT

Please note that if early redemption is selected before the target is reached, part of the pUSD may not be returned or may not participate in conversion. The actual pUSD return ratio, available assets, and settlement result are subject to the order page.

7. Status 3: Market Decline

When the market price is lower than the purchase price, the order will display the corresponding handling method based on the current market price and product rules. Users may choose to continue holding or redeem when the conditions are met according to the page rules.

If the user chooses redemption, the system will calculate the result based on the current product status.

Under this status, the final assets received by the user may be affected by the price difference.

Reference formula:

USDT principal + pUSD − 2 × price difference portion

The “price difference portion” generally refers to the part used in the product rules to calculate the impact of current price changes. The actual deduction method, calculation result, and available assets are subject to the product page and actual system settlement.

Please note that under the Market Decline status, the settlement result may differ from the user’s initial investment amount. Users should carefully review the page prompts and estimated settlement result before taking any action.

8. How Is Locked 100XT Handled?

Some Discounted Coin Purchase products may require users to lock a certain amount of 100XT when subscribing according to the product rules.

After the order completes the corresponding settlement process, the locked 100XT will be returned to the user’s Wealth Management Account according to the product rules.

Whether 100XT lock-up is required, the lock-up amount, return conditions, and return time are subject to the product page.

9. Where Are Assets Distributed After Settlement?

After Discounted Coin Purchase settlement is completed, the relevant assets are usually distributed to the user’s Wealth Management Account.

Users can view asset changes through the following path:

【Assets】→【Wealth Management Account】

If the order has been settled but the assets are not yet displayed, please follow the page prompt or wait for the system to complete processing before checking again.

10. Settlement Notes

When viewing or operating a Discounted Coin Purchase order, users should pay attention to:

Whether the order has reached the unlock price;
Whether the order is currently under Target Reached, Target Not Reached, or Market Decline status;
Whether early redemption is selected;
How pUSD is handled after early redemption;
Return conditions for locked 100XT;
Final asset arrival time;
The estimated result shown on the page may differ from the actual settlement result.

All settlement results are subject to the 100X App display and actual system settlement.

11. Risk Reminder

Discounted Coin Purchase is a digital asset wealth management product. Product settlement results may be affected by market conditions, price fluctuations, execution price, liquidity changes, system processing time, extreme market movements, and other factors.

The prices, discount rates, purchase prices, unlock prices, settlement formulas, settlement examples, or historical data shown on the page are for reference only and do not constitute a return commitment or represent future actual returns.

Before participating or redeeming, users should carefully read the product rules, settlement explanation, and risk reminders, and operate cautiously based on their own risk tolerance. The actual settlement conditions, calculation method, asset arrival time, and final result are subject to the 100X App display and actual system settlement.
