2. What Should Users Prepare Before Participating?
Before subscribing to a pUSD Arbitrage product, please make sure there are sufficient assets in the Wealth Management Account.
The following assets are usually required:
USDT
pUSD
100XT
USDT and pUSD are used for product subscription, while 100XT may be required for lock-up according to the product rules. The actual required assets, allocation ratio, and lock-up requirements are subject to the product page.
If the account balance is insufficient, the subscription amount does not meet the minimum requirement, or the product participation conditions are not met, the system will not complete the subscription and will display a prompt on the page.

After entering the pUSD Arbitrage Tool page, users can choose the arbitrage product they want to participate in based on the information shown on the page.

Tap【Confirm Subscription】
After the subscription is successful, the order will enter the【Subscribing】status
The subscription amount usually needs to be within the product’s specified range, such as 100–200,000 USDT. The actual minimum subscription amount, maximum subscription amount, and subscription restrictions are subject to the product page.
5. How Does the System Calculate Asset Allocation?
After the user enters the subscription amount, the system will automatically calculate the asset allocation according to the product rules.

On the order page, users can usually view the following information:
Arbitrage asset;
Current price;
Purchase time;
Subscription amount;
USDT / pUSD usage;
Purchase price;
Unlock price;
Order status;
Cumulative PnL;
Settlement progress.
Order statuses may include【Subscribing】【Running】【Redeeming】【Completed】and others. Please refer to the actual page display.
7. How to Manage Active Orders
After an order enters the running status, users can view the product operation status on the pUSD Arbitrage Tool page.
When the order meets the corresponding product conditions, users can follow the page prompts to perform available actions, such as viewing details, manually closing the futures position, or waiting for automatic settlement.
Orders may support further actions in the following situations:
The market price reaches the unlock price;
The futures component meets the closing condition specified by the product rules;
The system opens the relevant operation entry according to the product rules.
Whether an operation is available, what actions can be performed, and the specific conditions are subject to the order page.
8. Manual Futures Closing
When an order meets the product rules, users may be able to manually close the futures component.
After manual closing, related returns or assets may enter a temporarily frozen or pending settlement status according to the product rules, and will be processed together when the spot component meets the subsequent settlement conditions.
Manual closing does not mean the order has completed final settlement immediately. The final asset distribution time, settlement method, and actual result are subject to the product page and system processing.
9. Common Reasons for Subscription Failure
If the subscription fails, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Insufficient USDT balance in the Wealth Management Account;
Insufficient pUSD balance in the Wealth Management Account;
100XT does not meet the lock-up requirement;
Subscription amount is below the minimum limit;
Subscription amount exceeds the maximum limit;
The product is temporarily unavailable for subscription;
Network issue or system prompt requiring the user to try again.
Users can adjust their assets or subscription amount according to the page prompt and try again.
